Welcome to Real Estate Advertising! This is not only my first post, but also my first blog. Just to start off on a clean slate let me clarify "who I am not." I am not a real estate broker, agent or employed by a real estate company. I am also not a school trained marketing professional. I also expect you will discover that I did not major in English during college.
I'm a retired Marine (yes we capitalize the word Marine no matter where it is in a sentence) that founded a web based real estate advertising company named MilitaryByOwner. This blog is not solely about that business, but about the journey that I found myself in helping families advertise their homes.
